• 2 Years consecutive financial statements and up-to-date management accounts
• Letter confirming monthly salary from auditor
• Latest 3 months personal bank statements stamped and printed by bank
• Latest 3 months business bank statements stamped and printed by bank
• Completed and signed NCA (National Credit Act) application form
